Regular Season (October 1 - April 30) Monthly (30 nights): $950 per month* Peak Season (May 1 - September 30) Monthly (30 nights): $1200 per month* *1 month minimum rental *Rates based on 2 guest stay *Maximum 2 guest stay *One time cleaning fee of $60 applies *Complimentary street parking Policies Flexible check-in and out dates. Check-in time: 3:00PM Check-out time: 11:00AM ID required at the time of Check-in. No pets, smoking and parties. Booking and Payment 1. Rates are in Canadian dollars and 12% HST is applicable. 2. A refundable security deposit of minimum $400 or up to 50% of the rental is required at time of booking to confirm the reservation. 3. Full rental is due 30 days prior to check-in date.
