Policies Flexible check-in and out dates Check-in time: 3:00PM Check-out time: 11:00AM ID required at the time of Check-in. No pets, smoking and parties. Booking and Payment 1. Rates are in Canadian dollars and 12% HST is applicable. 2. A refundable security deposit of minimum $400 or up to 50% of the monthly rental is required at time of booking to confirm the reservation. 3. Full rental is due 30 days prior to check-in date.
