Regular Season: $85 per night* April 16 - June 14 September 16 - December 14 Peak Season: $99 per night* December 15 - April 15 June 15 - September 15 *Rates based on double occupancy. *Extra guest charge at $15 per night. *One time cleaning fee of $50 applies. *Rates are in US dollars. **Deposit is $500 minimum or up to 50% of rental. Policies Check-in time: 3:00PM Check-out time: 11:00AM ID required at the time of Check-in. No pets, smoking and parties. Payment Method Refundable deposit is required for reservation.
