How do I make a reservation at Vancouver West Living?


In order to make a reservation, please visit our Reservations page and follow the steps below:

Step 1. Select the property of your choice.
Step 2. Once you see a calendar, click on the date of check-in and the date of check-out.
Step 3. Complete and submit the reservation form.
Step 4. Proceed with deposit payment.
Step 5. IMPORTANT
After making payment, click on the link Return to Vancouver West Living and continue to complete the reservation process. Click here to learn more about the final step.


Receipt and notification email will be sent to you upon a successful and complete reservation. Please allow 24 hours for a confirmation email. Reservations are only confirmed upon receiving the confirmation email. Incomplete reservations may result in cancellation and return of deposit.


What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is after 3:00pm and Check-out is before 11:00am. Early check-in, late check-out is subject to a $30 per hour charge. For early hour check-out (before 7:00am) and after hour check-in (after 7:00pm) there is a $30 surcharge. All check-in and out times must be pre-arranged.



What is your check-in and check-out procedure?

Our staff will assist you with check-in and process the full rental payment upon your arrival at the suite.
During check-out, our staff will return to the suite to assist with check-out, inspect the suite and process the security deposit refund. All check-in and out times must be pre-arranged.


What is the deposit and what does it entail?

A deposit is required for rental and is the greater amount of  $500 or 50% of the rental. The deposit converts to a security damage deposit upon check-in. It is fully refundable provided that the following provisions are met.
  • No lost or damage is sustained to the rental suite and its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
  • No noise complaints or fines levied against the rental suite.
  • Agreement and non-breach of rental terms and conditions.
The deposit will be returned within 7 business days through the original transaction method. Incomplete reservations with deposit payment will be subject to cancellation and full return of deposit.


What is the cancellation policy?

In the event a confirmed reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, the security deposit is refunded in full less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will result in charges applied in full to the security deposit.


What are the rental terms and conditions?
  • Falsified reservations made under false pretence will not be honoured and is subject to forfeit of all payment.
  • Smoking, pets, parties and shoes are strictly prohibited in the rental suite.
  • Maximum occupancy is limited to 4 persons in the one bedroom suite and up to 5 persons in the two bedroom suites.
  • Guests are asked to respect quiet times between 10:00pm – 8:00am.  Excessive noise causing disturbances will be fined.
  • No lost or damage is sustained to the rental suite, its contents and keys. Such occurrences will be charged.
  • Vancouver West Living is not responsible or liable for lost or stolen items and personal injuries to the guests during the duration of stay.
